STATEMENT

Your order will not be charged with any other (hidden) charges! If you believe that your order is late, we ask you to immediately notify us via e-mail to janko.pirnat@splavar.com.

RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer (PHYSICAL PERSON) may return originally packaged and undamaged product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer. The company reimburses the refund for the returned goods in accordance with the general terms and conditions. For legal entities, this period is 8 days.

COST OF DELIVERY AND REFUND

- We charge a fixed amount for the delivery: € 5 + VAT.

- For all shipments above 500 €, delivery is free.
