METHOD OF PAYMENT

- Payment by the delivery is most commonly used for small orders (applies only in Slovenia).

- Payment by pro forma invoice on the TRR company By this you confirm the order and upon receipt of payment to our TRR, we will send you goods by agreement.

- Payment by default, of course, on the occasion of submitting an appropriate payment security instrument (eg bill of exchange, customer rating, etc.)

- Pay pal or. credit card via Paypal account (for smaller sizes).

- We do not accept checks.

RECLAMATIONS

We will try to settle every claim in favor of the buyer. Complaints on purchased goods are taken into account in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The cost of returning goods for reclamation is borne by the buyer, while the cost of sending replacement goods is borne by the trader. You can address written complaints to the enamel at the bottom of the page. You can also use an online form to send messages.

CANCEL ORDER

If the goods were already dispatched at the time of your cancellation, however, you have the right to return the goods purchased at your own expense within thirty days (14)  from the day of the takeover in the original and undamaged packaging at the address of the trader. If the trader estimates that the goods are not in the same (original) condition as was sold to the buyer at the time of sale, they reserve the right to compensation or until again - and this time irrevocable - the delivery of such goods to the buyer.

WARRANTY

For radio stations of the Hytera brand we offer 2 years warranty. For batteries and all other products, is warranty half a year.The guarantee begins with the day of issuing the invoice, since it is considered that the account of the document with which the buyer can enforce a garment claim. Exceptionally, if this is for the benefit of the buyer, the guarantee shall be deemed to be effective only with the day of handing over the goods.
